❓ Questions

Is my resume private?

Your resume file is read in your browser; only its text is sent to analyze your fit, and it isn't sold or shared with employers. We use Google's paid AI service, so Google doesn't use your resume to train its models. See the Privacy Policy.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?

You don't have to write a prompt or paste your resume every time. Each posting is checked the same way: pay against U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, a red-flag checklist, the must-have requirements, and an APPLY / STRETCH / SKIP call with what to highlight. Every job you screen is saved and ranked on your My Jobs board.

Is the instant screen really free?

Yes. Screening job postings is free with no sign-up. Your first fit report is free too; you just sign in with your email (no password).

Does the 7-day pass renew?

No. It's one payment for unlimited fit reports for 7 days (up to 50, a fair-use limit), and then it simply ends. Nothing to cancel.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, anytime. Use "Manage subscription" at the top of the app while signed in.

Can I paste a LinkedIn or Indeed link?

Those sites block other websites from reading their pages, so copy the job description and paste the text instead. Links to most company career pages work.

Where does the salary data come from?

From the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics). When the posting names a U.S. city or state, pay is compared with that area's figures (falling back to state, then national, when BLS has no local data for the role). Remote jobs are compared with national pay.
